This site allows potential Bidders to create a Bidding System Vendor account.  Bidders select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

Public tenders, bids and request for proposals are posted on this website.  

Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.

Construction Tenders Health and Safety Standards:

*Note: As of January 01, 2027 The Town of East Gwillimbury will require one of the following Health and Safety standards for our Construction tenders valued at $500,000.00 or higher.

*Note: As of January 01, 2028 The Town of East Gwillimbury will require one of the following Health and Safety standards for our Construction tenders valued at $250,000.00 or higher.

• IHSA COR certificate
• ISO 45001:2018 issued by a certification body that is accredited by International Accredited Forum (IAF)
• Ministry of Labour, Imigration, Training and Skills Development of Ontario (MLITSD) as ammended Supporting Ontario Safe Employers Program (SOSE) certificate.
